To continue to learn and expand my knowledge in all things computer science. I am always eager to learn something new or find a new way to use an old skill. I would love to be involved in a large scale programming project someday.
My name is John White and I am a recent graduate from CCC in Grand Island Nebraska. I have worked with computers and computer programming since I was in junior high. I was also an excellent art student, which ads to my design capabilities. I graduated in May 2016 with an Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology with a Software Development Specialty.
Program 1 Description: Driver Communication Program. I wrote a program that uses data tracked by handheld technology for an employer. The program displays live data from a database as to where drivers are located, what deliveries have been completed and which are still in the need of completion. The program also uses a mapping program to display the current driver location on a map.
Program 2 Description: Driver Hours Program. This program was written to use data stored on a SQL server to display and calculate the total hours a driver has for a weekly total. These numbers are in use by the company this was written for and they use this to calculate their payroll hours. Image is left off because program contained confidential information.
Website 1: Kids Party. This website was written by myself and my class group of 3 other collaborators. We used this as a web design final project on our first web design class.
Website 2: My Site. This was the home page I created to track my school progress and plan.
